Price Increase Notice

We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding the previously announced price increase that was to be effective June 1, 2025. In view of a recent ruling by the U.S. Court of International Trade we have decided to place the announced increase on a 30-day hold. During this time, we will be monitoring the court case for any changes that may arise from the appeal made by the Trump administration. We will continue to

review the impact the current business environment has had on ocean freight rates, storage, warehousing and other operational costs. We value your partnership and appreciate your understanding while we work through this period of uncertainty.
